Hyde Park homes were mostly built between 1891 and 1930, which means original front doors are often at the end of their useful life. The neighborhood’s historic designation means replacements have to respect the original scale and profile.
We shop-draw to match the existing door dimensions and sidelite configurations. Steel frames in period-appropriate grid patterns pass HPO review. Submittal paperwork is part of what we handle.
