Steel Doors
Steel bifold doors stack neatly to the side — ideal for patios, pantries, and large openings where swing space is tight.
A bifold door is two or more panels hinged together that fold flat against one side of the opening when open. It gives you 80–90% clear width with zero outswing into a patio or interior room.
Top-hung bifold tracks from SL25, G-U, or equivalent. Bottom guide is a low-profile pin that does not interrupt floor flow. Locking is a single lever at the lead panel, or a three-point mortise if security is the priority.
Full-height insulated low-E glass in each panel is standard, with thin mid-rails for divided-lite looks. Frame is 14-gauge welded steel; panels stack to about 4–5″ of depth when folded.
Kitchen-to-patio transitions, pool houses, covered porches, and retail storefronts. Because they stack to the side rather than swinging outward, they work well on homes with narrow yards or tight setbacks.
