Steel Doors
Steel pocket doors slide into the wall — invisible when open, full door when closed. Ideal for bathrooms, pantries, and zoned living spaces.
A pocket door rolls into a pre-framed cavity in the adjacent wall. Our cavity kits use steel studs with non-bowing tracks. Unlike wood-stud pocket frames, they stay true over time even if the house settles.
14-gauge welded steel frame, usually with a single large pane or divided-lite design. Opaque glass (frosted, reeded, seedy) is popular for bathroom pockets where privacy matters.
Soft-open and soft-close on both directions using dual dampers. Flush pulls on both sides, or a recessed finger notch if you prefer minimal visible hardware. Privacy lock with push-button interior and thumb-release exterior.
Pocket doors are framed during rough construction. If the wall is already finished, we can still do it — but it means cutting the wall open, installing the pocket frame, and refinishing. Plan ahead if you can.
