Steel Doors

Steel Pocket Doors

Steel pocket doors slide into the wall — invisible when open, full door when closed. Ideal for bathrooms, pantries, and zoned living spaces.

Steel Pocket Doors

A pocket door rolls into a pre-framed cavity in the adjacent wall. Our cavity kits use steel studs with non-bowing tracks. Unlike wood-stud pocket frames, they stay true over time even if the house settles.

Sizes

  • 30″, 32″, 36″, 42″ standard single-pocket
  • Double-pocket (two doors meeting in the middle) for openings up to 96″ wide

When a pocket door beats a swing door

  • Tight bathrooms where a swing door would hit the vanity
  • Home offices that need to close during calls but open the rest of the time
  • Pantry / laundry pairs off a kitchen hall

Frame and glass

14-gauge welded steel frame, usually with a single large pane or divided-lite design. Opaque glass (frosted, reeded, seedy) is popular for bathroom pockets where privacy matters.

Hardware

Soft-open and soft-close on both directions using dual dampers. Flush pulls on both sides, or a recessed finger notch if you prefer minimal visible hardware. Privacy lock with push-button interior and thumb-release exterior.

Install reality

Pocket doors are framed during rough construction. If the wall is already finished, we can still do it — but it means cutting the wall open, installing the pocket frame, and refinishing. Plan ahead if you can.
