Pre-closing upgrades

If you’re under contract on a Manor new-build and want to upgrade the builder-spec front door, we can coordinate with your builder to install our steel door before closing. The builder bills through to you, we handle the door fabrication, and you take possession of a finished home without a retrofit window.

Post-closing upgrades

More common in Manor: homeowners close on the house, move in, and then call us a few weeks later to replace the standard front door. We measure, build, and install — usually 6–8 weeks total from deposit to install.
